BACKGROUND
The mosque is a central tool for the activities of Muslims in any country, including in Inonesia. Fitting why when building society, was first built by Prophet Muhammad when he was in Mecca or Medina is a mosque.
At the time Rosululloh SAW until now and the foreseeable future, remain a significant mosque to be used as a central means for the activities of Muslims, both internal activities (worship mahdoh) and social worship (worship ghoer mahdoh).
The mosque of course its existence is very much a role in the national development of Indonesia, especially in conditions such as the current state, where a variety of threats trials came and went from the financial crisis, a prolonged economic crisis coupled with a crisis of confidence, a crisis of unity resulting disintegration which further aggravate the situation to be borne by the nation. Therefore mosque to be very strategic as a vehicle for the right to tighten the relationship and strengthen the sense of nationality or less eroded by a sense of boredom and impatience of the people in the face of this multi-dimensional crisis.
The mosque Islamic religious education as a vehicle is expected to serve print and educate a cadre of leaders who noble, the scholars who become mentors and community builder, more strengthen faith and devotion to Allah SWT, foster a sense of national unity, as a storehouse of knowledge, as a means to eradicate blind reading, writing, Arabic alphabet, blind knowledge of Islam and so forth. Which in turn can create a society which we yearn, namely the creation of a just and prosperous society that always in patronage and blessing of Allah SWT. Amen. To realize these ideals are of course necessary to have adequate facilities, in addition to qualified human resources.

b. Hadith Bukhari and Muslim: "Whoever established the mosque for Allah, surely Allah will build a house in Paradise"
c. Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, Article 29 paragraph 1 and 2
d. Joint Decree of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Minister of Internal Affairs RI B No. 128 of 1982 on the implementation of efforts to increase literacy Qur'an Muslims and practice of the Qur'an in everyday life.
e. Minister of Religious Instruction No. 3 of 1990 on the implementation of literacy dampening Qur'an.

3. Back up and filter the negative influence of western culture, which is now more incentive to hit the Muslim community, so it can change the order of the nation's culture.

The targets to be

b. Can accommodate more pilgrims
c. Stimulate the
community to set aside wealth in the way of Allah.
V. LAYOUT GEORAFI
The location of
administrative construction site Al Barokah the mosque is located in Panday
Rt.03 Rw.02 Village Pakuwon Cisurupan District, Garut regency. Distance from
the province 72 km, and from regency 15 Km. from districts 12 Km.
VI.
PLACE AND TIME OF DEVELOPMENT
1.
Location Jami Al Barokah the mosque is at a distance of 1000 m 2 of road
province. In administers government is in Panday Rt.03.Rw.02 Pakuwon village. Sub
district Cisurupan Garut.
2. The construction started on August 8, 2015.

The origin of the image of the mosque to be built in panday. It’s be changed becomes two floors. .
The mosque construction of the first floor into the second floors with a size of 140 meters x 2 equals 240 meters.
Casting preparation jame mosque al barakah at 7 am , held on Sunday, 16th August 2015. Citizens are on top of the mosque. The workers are adults, youth, and children, crowded at peak rising above the mosque
