   .   A.    Definition and Feature Highlights Human Right.

1.       Understanding of HAM

Understanding Human rights are basic rights possessed by humans, according to its nature (Kaelan: 2002).In pursuance of Jan Materson  (of the UN Human Rights Commission), in the case of Teaching of Human Rights, the United Nations was quoted as said  Baharuddin Lopa affirm that human rights are rights inherent in every human being, without which it is impossible to live as a human being . John Locke stated that human rights are the rights given directly by God the Creator as the natural rights. (Mansyur Effendi, 1994).

In Article 1 of Law No. 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights stated that "Human rights are a set of rights attached to nature and human existence as a creature of God Almighty and it is His grace that must be respected, upheld and protected by the state, law, government and every person, for the respect and protection of human respectability”.

2. Characteristics of Basic Human Rights

Based on several human rights formula, it can be deduced about some fundamental characteristics of human nature, as though: Human rights need not be given, bought or inherited. Human rights are part of human automatically.

Human rights apply to everyone regardless of gender, race, religion, ethnicity, political opinion or social origin and race. Human rights cannot be violated. Nobody has the right to limit or infringe the rights of others. People still have human rights even if a state makes laws do not protect or violate human rights (Mansour Fakih, 2003).

B.  The development of the human mind

 Thought view of human rights is divided four generations, such as:

The first generation of human rights found only thinking centered on the fields of law and politics.

The second generation of human thinking is not only demanding the right to juridical but also social rights, economic, political and cultural.

The third generation of human thought as a reaction to the second generation. The third generation of promising unity between the economic, social, cultural, and political and law in a basket called implementing development rights.

The fourth generation who criticized the role of the state is very dominant in the process of development focused on economic development and lead to negative impacts such as the neglect of the people's welfare aspects

B.      The scope of human rights

The scope human rights encompass;

1. The right to private property

3. Rights related to economic and social problems

4. Civil and political rights to participate in public affairs and various human rights must belong to every human being is as follows;

3. Right to liberty and security

4. The right to be recognized personality according to the law

5. The right to enter or exit the territory of a country

6. The right to have an object

7. The right to express opinions

8. The right to be free in the Faith

9. The right to trade

10. The right to education

11. The right to participate in community cultural movement and many more.

D. The History of International Human rights

Generally, the European experts found the birth of human rights begins with the birth of the Magna Carta in 1215 in England. The birth of the Magna Charta is then followed by the development of a more concrete, with the birth of the "Bill of Rights" in the UK in 1689. "

All of these rights after World War II (after Hitler exterminate millions of people) be used as a rationale to deliver human rights are universal formula, which became known as The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was created by the UN in 1948.

E. THE HISTORY OF THE NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTs

They are a legitimate question, and the government of human rights violators in the country to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights or through the institutions of other international human rights unuk condemned even imposes international sanctions against the government in question.

F. History

LPHAM founded by H. J. C. Siksaan demi siksaan terus ditimpakan kepada kaum muslimin. Sampai suatu saat kaum muslimin sangat terdesak akibat shahifah diatas kabbah yang mengisolasi Bani Hasyim dan kaum muslimin. Sehingga memaksa kaum muslimin untuk berhijrah pertama kalinya ke Abissynia. Kekejaman kaum kafir Quraisy tidak berhenti sampai disitu, mereka terus melakukan penyiksaan terhadap kaum muslimin sampai mereka mau murtad dari imannya. Namun tetap saja mereka bertahan dan sabar menghadapi ujian-ujian itu. Walaupun berat ujian yang dirasakan mereka, namun tiada surut jua keyakinan yang telah terpatri, Allah menyelamatkan mereka dari penyembahan berhala dan tuhan-tuhan mereka yang tidak memberi manfaat dan mudharat sedikitpun. Mereka beriman kepada Tuhan Nabi Muhammad dan Tuhan bapak-bapaknya Ismail an Ibrahim As.

Abu Thaliblah orang yang terus membela Nabi Muhammad Saw dari kecaman-kecaman dan ancaman orang kafir Quraisy selama berdakwah di Makkah. Dan istrinya, Siti Khodijah, dialah saudagar kaya yang terus membela keberadaan kaum yang beriman di Makkah.

Dengan segala kemampuannya, Siti Khodijah terus memberikan pertolongan kepada Bani Hasyim dan kaum muslimin yang diisolasi oleh kaum Quraisy. Kaum Quraisy dilarang berdagang dengan kaum muslim, kejadian itu benar-benar menyiksa kaum muslimin. Siti Khadijah, tampil menjadi orang utama dalam membela mereka. Namun sekuat apapun pertolongan Khadijah terhadap mereka, ia tidak dapat menolak takdir, ajal pun semakin dekat kepadanya. Sehingga Siti Khodijah wafat tahun 10 keNabian (3 SH/ 619 M). Betapa sedihnya, hati rasulullah atas wafatnya Siti Khodijah, dialah istri yang sangat setia kepadanya di dalam keadaan duka selalu berada di sampingnya. Tiada pula keluh kesahnya, ketika beliau dicaci-maki, dilempari kotoran, dihina orang-orang, kecuali ia datang kepadanya untuk menghibur Rasulullah. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai manusia biasa, kesedihan itu terasa pula menyentuh kalbunya.

Sementara itu, berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh Quraisy untuk melunakkan hati Nabi Muhammad. Abu Thalib diperintahkan pemuka-pemuka Quraisy untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada Nabi untuk meninggalkan agamanya dan berhenti mengajak orang-orang untuk beriman kepada Allah. Mereka berjanji: “Apabila ia menginginkan harta, maka akan kami berikan harta yang banyak kepadanya, asalkan  meninggalkan agamanya, apabila ia menginginkan jabatan, maka akan kami berikan kepadanya jabatan yang tinggi di antara kaum Quraisy asal ia berhenti berdakwah,  dan jika ia menginginkan seorang wanita maka akan kami berikan padanya wanita tercantik dari kaum Quraisy untuk dijadikan istrinya demikian bunyi pesan mereka.

Nabi Muhammad Saw dengan tegas menyatakan kepada pamannya saat itu: “Demi Allah wahai pamanku! Seandainya mereka meletakkan matahari ditangan kananku dan bulan ditangan kiriku agar aku meninggalkan perkara ini maka sama sekali tidak akan aku  lakukan! Sampai aku hancur karenanya!”.

Abu Thalib bin Abdul Muthalib adalah paman Nabi yang amat dicintainya. Abu Thalib selalu melindungi Nabi setelah kakeknya wafat. Ketika ajal menjemputnya, pada tahun yang sama dengan wafatnya Siti Khodijah, rasa kesedihan Nabi terbaca dari raut wajahnya. Ketika Abu Thalib dalam keadaan sekarat, Rasulullah menemuinya. Dan di sebelahnya (Abu Thalib) ada Abu Jahal dan Abdullah bin Abu Umayyah. Maka kata Nabi:”Pamanda, ucapkanlah laa ilaaha illallaah karena dengan kalimat itu kelak aku dapat memintakan keringanan bagi paman di sisi Allah. Abu Jahal dan Abdullah berkata: “Abu Thalib. Apakah engkau sudah tidak menyukai agama Abdul Muthallib?” Kedua orang itu terus berbicara kepada ABu Thalib sehingga masing-masing mengatakan bahwa ia tetap memintakan ampunan bagimu selama aku tidak dilarang berbuat demikian, maka turunlah ayat:

“Tidak pantas bagi Nabi dan orang orang yang beriman memohonkan ampunan (kepada Allah)bagi orang orang musyrik sekalipun orang orang itu kaum kerabatnya setelah jelas bagi mereka bahwa orang orang musyrik itu penghuni Neraka Jahanan (QS.At-Taubah. 9: 113)

Asbabun nujul turunnya surat Attaubah ayat 113, diantaranya sebagai berikut;

Al Bukhori dan Muslim meriwayatkan dari said bin Musayyab, dari ayahnya, dia berkata “Ketika Abu Tholib menjelang ajalnya. Rosulullah Saw datang menjenguknya. Abu Jahal dan Abdullah bin Abi Umayah sedang menunggunya. Rosullah Saw bersabda “ Wahai paman ucapkanlah “Lailaha ilallah “ agar kelak aku dapat memberi pembelaan bagi paman di sisi Allah. Lalu Abu jahal dan Abdullah berkata, wahai Abu Thalib, apakah engkau  akan membenci agama Abdul Muthalib? Ketika keduanya masih terus menyampaikan ucapan itu kepadanya, ajalnya telah tiba, sedangkan dia masih tetap berada pada agama Abdul Muthalib.” Rosululloh Saw bersabda “Aku akan tetap memohonkan ampunan untukmu selama tidak ada larangan, lalu turunlah ayat 113 dalam surat at taubah.

Bertambahlah kesedihan Nabi dengan meninggalnya dua orang yang sangat disayanginya, sehingga tahun ini disebut dengan aamul huzni atau tahun kesedihan.

Anjuran dalam memilih teman menurut islam

Guru terbaik Yusuf bin al-Husain menceritakan: Aku bertanya kepada Dzun Nun tatkala perpisahanku dengannya, “Kepada siapakah aku duduk/berteman dan belajar?”. Beliau menjawab, “Hendaknya kamu duduk bersama orang yang dengan melihatnya akan mengingatkan dirimu kepada Allah. Kamu memiliki rasa segan kepadanya di dalam hatimu. Orang yang pembicaraannya bisa menambah ilmumu. Orang yang tingkah lakunya membuatmu semakin zuhud kepada dunia. Bahkan, kamu pun tidak mau bermaksiat kepada Allah selama kamu sedang berada di sisinya. Dia memberikan nasehat kepadamu dengan perbuatannya, dan tidak menasehatimu dengan ucapannya semata.” (al-Muntakhab min Kitab az-Zuhd wa ar-Raqaa’iq, hal. 71-72)

Perlu diketahui bahwa dalam jahe merah mengandung hingga 4% minyak atsiri dan juga kandungan oleoresin. Di dalam minyak atsiri, masih terdapat beberapa unsur alami seperti linalool, methyl heptenone, borneol, cineol, citral, chavicol, geraniol, zingiberene, dan acetates. Unsur-unsur tersebut dijadikan sebagai bahan utama dalam pembuatan obat-obatan atau dalam dunia farmasi. Pada angka yang tepat, minyak atsiri yang terdapat dalam jahe merah berkisar antara 2,5 persen hingga paling tinggi di angka 2,7 persen. Kandungan minyak atsiri dengan angka seperti yang sudah disebutkan telah diteliti dan dihitung berbasis berat kering dari jahe merah tersebut. Pada umumnya, setiap jahe memiliki kandungan minyak atisir, namun isinya berbeda-beda dari jenis jahe yang satu dengan jenis jahe yang lainnya. Minyak atsiri memiliki tekstur yang agak sedikit kental dan biasanya berwarna kuning. Fungsi dari minyak atsiri yang terkandung pada jahe merah berperan penting dalam memberikan aroma yang khas pada jahe merah. Minyak atsiri yang terdapat dalam kandungan jahe merah ditentukan dari umur jahe tersebut, semakin tua jahe merah, semakin banyak pula kandungan minyak atsiri di dalamnya.

Manfaat Jahe Merah dan Madu

Manfaat jahe merah  dan  madu  sudah lama dikenal dan dipercaya pengguna. Pada jaman dahulu banyak orang mengkonsumsi jahe dan madu untuk mengobati gejala influenza. Potensi Jahe Merah dan Madu untuk Mengatasi Penyakit Jantung

Dalam sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan di Maryland Medical Center diungkapkan bahwa jahe merah memiliki kandungan zat kuat yang berfungsi untuk mencegah penumpukan kolesterol dalam darah dan juga mencegah penggumpalan darah. Penyakit jantung yang disebabkan karena masalah kolesterol dan penyumbatan pembuluh dalam darah ternyata bisa diobati dengan konsumsi jahe merah dan madu secara teratur.

Mual dan muntah menjadi salah satu gangguan tubuh yang sangat sering terjadi. Berbagai penyakit dengan gangguan mual dan muntah hampir selalu terjadi.
